Tent Accessories
Side Walls
We offer both Solid and Clear Walls For our Tents. Tent walls provide protection from the elements for your guests , or just a little privacy. Walls also are a good Idea for cook tents or areas you may not want seen by your guests. Side walls may also be used to provide a back drop behind your band or staging .These are not included with rental cost of tent and are available upon request. Contact if you are interested in walls for your tent rental.
Leg Drapes
Leg Drapes are the perfect finishing touch to tents fitted with party tent liners, or for use on their own to add elegance to your tent. Made from 100% polyester flame resistant fabric. These are not included in the rental cost of tent . Contact us if you are interested in adding leg drapes to your tent rental.
Tent Liners
Tent Liners envelope the interior of your tent and conceal the structure components of a frame tent, while creating a soft, highend, and luxurious atmosphere for your event. ***INSTALLATION OF TENTING
***All installations and take downs of tenting will be performed by Party Time Rentals personnel. All tent prices have the labor for a standard, nearby ground level installation and take down included.
****Non standard installations (i.e. obstacles, deck, etc..) may be assessed and incur additional labor fees based upon the circumstances of the job. It is very important to properly locate where a tent will be placed before it is erected. Once a frame is built, any change in location or orientation may result in a labor fee to reposition a tent, if at all possible.
***Party Time Rentals reserves the right to refuse to install or take-down a tent if inclement weather conditions create an unsafe situation for our crew, other persons and/or property.
***SEVERE WEATHER
***While our tents and their components are considered to be in good working condition and may be engineered to meet certain standards, tents/canopies are temporary structures. Strong winds, lightning and the like, may create situations that could threaten a tent’s viability. Customers should be aware of severe weather conditions and have a plan to evacuate a tent if such conditions manifest. If severe weather threatens a tent(s), it is the customer’s responsibility to evacuate the tent(s). In the event of projected or actual conditions, Party Time Rentals may dismantle or remove any equipment to ensure safety of persons or property.
